Do you support Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon FBM?
Yes! These are our primary direct-to-consumer channels. Our ShipHero WMS integrates seamlessly with all three platforms for real-time order sync and inventory management.
Can you help with kitting?
Absolutely. We offer both pre-kitting for predictable bundles and pick-to-bundle options at fulfillment time, customizing our approach based on your operational needs and tradeoffs.
How do you prevent WISMO (Where Is My Order)?
Through proactive capacity management, dependable carrier partnerships, and inventory accuracy. Tracking details are dispatched promptly with realistic cutoff times to set proper expectations.
What about returns?
Returns are quoted per inspected unit, and we prioritize restoration of merchandise to saleable condition. Custom pricing applies based on the complexity of your returns process.
Do you have minimums?
No strict monthly minimums on order volume. We support brands from under 200 to 10,000+ monthly orders. There is a minimum monthly billing threshold of $250.
Do you integrate with Shopify and Amazon?
Yes. ShipHero WMS provides 150+ integrations across marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and shipping carriers including Shopify, Amazon, and many more.
Do you offer Amazon FBA Prep services?
Yes. We prepare orders for your Amazon accounts including labeling, bundling, and packaging to meet FBA compliance standards. We also ship FBM orders directly.
Where are your fulfillment centers located?
We have fulfillment facilities in the United States, including our primary location at 600 Riverwalk Parkway, Tonawanda, NY 14150.
What storage options does your warehouse offer?
We offer bin, shelf, and pallet storage configurations to match your inventory needs, with flexible scaling as your business grows.
Is there a limit to how many SKUs you can store?
No, we offer unlimited SKU storage. However, higher SKU varieties may increase operational costs and account management needs.
Is there a minimum charge or subscription?
No monthly subscription. We operate on a pay-as-you-go model with a $250/month minimum billing threshold.
How can I send you my goods for delivery?
Simply contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp and our warehouse manager will coordinate the receiving process and fulfillment services.
How long is your onboarding process?
Approximately 48 hours. This includes documentation creation, WMS integration setup, and scheduling an orientation call to get you up and running quickly.
